Dough:

Filling:

Topping:

Bake the dough twice in a greased or caramelized pan
For the filling, beat the sugar with the butter, add the egg yolks and finally the almonds
For the topping, mix everything and cook over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching, until it comes away from the sides and bottom
