In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and condensed milk
Add the orange juice
In a buttered ring mold or ramekin, melt the sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it caramelizes
Spread the caramel evenly in the mold
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared mold and bake at a moderate temperature (350°F) for about an hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool and refrigerate for several hours
Unmold, garnish with orange peel, and serve
