Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and let it thicken
In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, dissolved cornstarch, and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat and let it cool
Chocolate Sauce
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie, add hot milk, mixing well to form a sauce
If necessary, add more milk to the recipe
Assembly
In individual serving dishes, layer with strawberries, marshmallows, cream, champagne biscuits, and chocolate sauce
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
