Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth
Add the vanilla extract
Sift in the flour and gradually combine with the previous mixture
Finally, add the peanut butter
Shape into a ball, wrap in aluminum foil, refrigerate for 1 hour
Remove small pieces of dough, shape into a ball, then form a roll 6 cm long
Tuck in the ends
Lining a baking sheet with parchment paper and greasing it, cover with half-moons
Bake at moderate temperature for about 15 minutes
While still warm, carefully remove from the baking sheet and coat with confectioner's sugar.
