In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth
Place on a floured surface and roll into logs
Cut as if it were a noodle
Fold the ends to give the shape of a horseshoe
Place in a greased baking dish and brush with egg yolk
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) until golden brown
