1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a stand mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the flour and mix until well combined
Melt the butter in low heat and place it in a bowl
Add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth
Add the vanilla extract
2 Place the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until, when tested with a toothpick, it comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool
Cut into desired shape and decorate with melted chocolate or as preferred.
