In a large bowl, combine the fava beans, flour, sugar, yeast, sesame seeds, butter, and eggs
Slowly add the milk and work the dough without allowing it to come together (see tip)
Divide the dough into 20 pieces, shape the bread, and brush with the egg yolk
Distribute in a lightly greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
