250 g of fettuccine pasta (bucatini)
Cream Sauce
1 cup of fresh heavy cream mixed with
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of sugar, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
100 g of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
1 pinch of black pepper
For garnish
Fresh parsley leaves

In a large pot, bring 3 liters of water to a boil, cover, and let it simmer
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and let it simmer again
Add the pasta in batches, mix, and cook until al dente without covering
Cream Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
Drain the pasta
Mix with the cream sauce
Transfer to a serving dish
Garnish with fresh parsley leaves and serve.
