Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler
Melted chocolate will be removed from the heat and mixed with the heavy cream while continuously stirring until uniform
Pour the mixture over the baked cake base and refrigerate until firm
Sauce: Mix guava with water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Let it cool and spread it over the chilled chocolate cake
