Wash the cucumbers, remove the skin and cut them in half lengthwise
Remove the seeds
Cut each cucumber in half vertically
Then cut each piece into strips of the desired thickness
Let it rest for a day in the brine mixture of salt and water
Drain well
Place the mustard, cloves, and cinnamon in a cheesecloth and tie it
Place this bag in a saucepan together with the vinegar and sugar and let it simmer
Add the cucumber and cook slowly until the cucumber pieces start to become transparent but still firm
Put them into clean glass jars, filling to 1 cm from the top
Add the hot liquid from cooking up to 1 cm from the top
Remove any air bubbles by stirring with a spoon
Close tightly and put in a saucepan with water
Let it boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Make one jar of 1 liter and one of 1/2 liter.
