Place the cooked ground beef in a skillet
Add the oregano, tomato sauce, and olives
Check the seasoning and cover the skillet
Cook for 15 minutes
While the meat is cooking, cut off the tops of the peppers, remove the seeds, and cook them in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes
Remove from the water and drain well
