300 g of pineapple
200 g of milk chocolate

Wash the pineapples well and trim the tops
Cook them in a pressure cooker for approximately 30 minutes (after the pressure cooker starts to clear) or until they become very soft
Peel and reserve
Melt the chocolate according to the package instructions and bathe the pineapples
Place them to dry on paper towels and decorate with mint leaves.
