1 fish head
2 large onions sliced

2 liters of water
salt to taste
juice of 1 lime
1 1/2 cups of cassava flour

Place all ingredients (except the cassava flour) in a pot
Bring to a boil, cook, mashing the fish head occasionally until it's well cooked and the water has reduced slightly
Strain the broth, place it in a pot
Bring to a boil and add the cassava flour gradually, stirring well so it doesn't lump.
