Oil, salt, and pepper
4 cups of wheat flour
1 packet of Fleischmann yeast
6 medium tomatoes
10 grams of salted anchovies
200 grams of mozzarella (equivalent to 1/2 cup)
Oil, salt, and pepper
Mix the flour with two tablespoons of oil, salt, and yeast previously dissolved in a warm water cup, until a well-defined ball forms on the work surface
Cover it with a cloth and let it rest at room temperature for it to rise
After about two hours, the dough should have increased and become soft
Place it on a floured surface, knead slightly to relax, open it up, and line a greased baking dish with it
Let it rise again
Brush the dough with oil, cover it with mozzarella sliced into thin strips, salted anchovies rinsed (remove the bones) and tomatoes sliced into thin strips
Sprinkle with oil, salt, pepper, and oregano
Bake in a hot oven for half an hour
You can substitute homemade dough with store-bought pizza dough
