4 banana bananas, not too ripe, sliced into strips

Cook the rice as usual and season it. Reserve
Fry the onion in a pan, then brown the meat, adding salt, tomatoes, and pimiento. Reserve
Heat a frying pan and fry the banana slices until they're golden
Assemble the dish by layering rice, meat, banana, and cheese in a pirex
Repeat the layers in this order, finishing with the cheese
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200O for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
