Wash the cabbage leaves and reserve them
Mix the lean beef with the remaining ingredients
Open a cabbage leaf and place 2-3 tablespoons of filling on it
Roll up
Arrange the rouladen in the perforated part of the Dutch oven
Steam for 15 minutes until the meat is cooked
Make 8 rouladen.
