1/2 kg of wheat flour
1 fresh yeast for bread
1 pinch of sugar
1 cup (American) of water
1 egg
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Olive oil to taste
Filling
1 jar of tomato sauce
200 g of mozzarella in slices
Basil and olives to taste
Dough

Place the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle and add yeast, sugar, half the water, egg, olive oil, and salt
Mix well
Add more water if needed until the dough comes together and can be opened
Divide the dough into 6 parts and let it rise for 1 hour
Open the dough into thin disks
Brush the bottom of the press with a thin layer of olive oil and arrange the pizza
Spread tomato sauce, mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, and sprinkle with basil
Cover the press and cook for 7 minutes
Turn off the heat and let it finish pressing
Serve immediately, drizzled with a thin layer of olive oil.
