Dough
400g all-purpose flour
100g fava bean
100g chopped nuts
1 tablet of biological yeast
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup warm water
Filling
600g ground beef
250g pork sausage, finely chopped
200g chopped bacon
3 slices of bread without crust
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons sautéed mushrooms
1 gema for brushing
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough

Dough: mix together flour, fava bean, nuts, yeast, salt, and baking powder
Add warm water and stir until homogeneous
Make 1 ball and let it rise
Filling: place in a bowl ground beef, pork sausage, chopped bacon, and mushrooms
Mix well and add egg, milk, salt, and black pepper
Mix again
Shape into a meatball cake and wrap with oiled parchment paper
Close the wrapping and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes
Let cool and unwrap
Roll out dough with a rolling pin and wrap around the cold meatball cake
Close well and decorate the surface with leftover dough strips
Brush with egg and bake again.
