1 1.5 kg pineapple
6 tablespoons of blue Curaçao
3 cups of dry white wine
2 cups of champagne
1 1.5 kg pineapple
6 tablespoons of blue Curaçao

Cut the pineapple into quarters lengthwise
Remove the tough central core
Peel
Cut in half lengthwise and then into chunks
Place in a punch bowl, add blue Curaçao and wine
Refrigerate for some hours
When serving, add chilled champagne
Serves 6 drinks
Note: if you prefer a lighter punch, add Club Soda to taste.
