1/2 cup of water
250g of sugar

1/2 kg of strawberries

Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer
Add the sugar and stir until dissolved
Let it cool and mix in the strawberries (cut them in half if they're large) so that they're covered with the mixture of sugar and water
Refrigerate for one day to the next
Distribute the strawberries among several cups (about 2 soup spoons each) and fill them immediately with beer.
