Soften the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold broth and dissolve it in the remaining warm broth
Refrigerate until it reaches a consistency like egg whites
Mix the gelatin with the other ingredients, pour into a greased mold
Gel until very firm
Demold over lettuce leaves and decorate with olives, mayonnaise, tomatoes etc.
