Dust the gelatin over the cold water to soften
In a medium saucepan, combine the cream and sugar
Bring to a simmer
Remove from heat and add the softened gelatin and vanilla
Mix well and let chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until it starts to thicken
Alternatively, place the mixture in a bowl with ice water and stir occasionally
Add the yogurt and pour into a moist-molded container with a capacity of 1 liter
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Unmold and garnish with fresh fruits of your preference or fruit syrup
Serve at 12 portions.
