For the glaze:

'2 oranges, peeled and cut into thin slices'

To make the pudding: Combine all ingredients in a 25 cm diameter and 5 cm high baking dish greased with butter
Place it in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes
For the glaze: Bring sugar to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
When golden brown, slowly add water, whisking continuously until the sugar dissolves
Add butter and whisk until melted
Add orange slices
Let it simmer and then remove from heat
Place everything on top of the pudding
Refrigerate until serving time
