1 ripe mama (about 1 kg), very mature

Cut the mama (peeled) into pieces and cook with sugar and ground cloves over low heat, stirring constantly, until it breaks down well
Simmer, stirring always, until it's fully cooked
After cooking, pass through a sieve
Add beaten eggs, cornstarch, butter, and liqueur
Mix very well
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with sugar that has been caramelized and bake at moderate heat for 45 minutes
Remove from oven after baking and garnish with whipped cream
Refrigerate until serving time.
