Cut the Mama into pieces and cook it with sugar and cinnamon over low heat, stirring constantly until it's well broken down
After cooking, strain it through a sieve
Add the beaten eggs, cornstarch, butter, and orange liqueur
Mix very well
Butter a baking dish with burned sugar and pour in the mixture
Bake at moderate temperature for 45 minutes
Remove from oven when cold and decorate with whipped cream
Chill before serving.
