2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
Filling
2/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup white grapes, seedless
1/4 cup chopped almonds
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
9 green apples, peeled and cored, sliced
To dust with sugar
1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar

Milk Pastry Dough
Combine flour, egg, salt, and butter
Add milk, mixing until smooth
Place on a floured surface and knead well
In a greased bowl, turn the dough, greasing it as well
Cover and let rest for 25 minutes
Filling
Melt the confectioner's sugar in butter
At another part, mix the remaining ingredients
Preheat oven to medium temperature
Grease a large baking dish and dust with sugar
Assembly
On a floured surface, roll out half of the dough into a thin rectangle
Place hands under the dough and stretch it further
Extend the rectangle on parchment paper
Spread half of the confectioner's sugar and half of the filling
Leave a free margin
Fold the lower border and sides
With the help of parchment paper, roll like a croissant
Place in baking dish and brush with butter
Repeat the operation with the remaining dough and filling
Bake for 25 minutes and dust with confectioner's sugar
