1 cup of cornstarch
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice

3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of butter, melted
2 cups of milk
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of cornstarch

In a saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch and flour
Gradually add in the water, passion fruit juice, and whisk well
Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly until thickened
Simmer for 1 minute
Remove from heat and pour into a greased 18 cm diameter mold, smooth or fluted
Chill in refrigerator until firm
Unmold and serve with the sauce
For the sauce: Whisk together the flour and butter in a saucepan
Gradually add in the milk and coconut milk, whisking well
Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly until smooth
Remove from heat and chill in refrigerator until serving time.
