Wash and hull the strawberries, mix with lemon juice and 2/3 cup of sugar
Cover a shallow baking dish, refrigerate and has a capacity of 1 1/2 liters
Mix the peach cubes with 1/4 cup of sugar and grated lemon peel
Distribute over the strawberries and cover with butter in small pieces
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes
