Caramelize a large baking dish with a hole in the middle with 2 tablespoons of sugar
Cut the peaches into slices, approximately 2 cm thick each
Arrange the peach slices at the bottom of the dish
In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, and sugar
Add the grated lime peel and pour the mixture over the peaches
Bake in a preheated oven with a water bath for 30 minutes
