6 cups of overnight-soaked split peas
1 liter of hot milk
1 package of onion soup cream sauce
1 large can of sardines in tomato sauce
3 beaten eggs
4 tablespoons full of wheat flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
6 cups of overnight-soaked split peas
1 liter of hot milk

Cut the peas into pieces and pour the hot milk over them
Mix until the peas break down
Add the onion soup cream, mashed sardines with tomato sauce, and wheat flour
Mix very well and finally add the active dry yeast
Pour the mixture into an oiled 24 cm diameter baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes
Lower the oven temperature and bake for another hour
This pudding can be served hot or cold
Hot, it's more fluffy and cold it's more consistent
If serving cold, cover with mayonnaise.
