Cut the fish into small pieces
Place half the milk, fish, and salt in a blender
Blend well
Scrape the sides and pour into a bowl
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend again
Add to the bowl
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add carefully to the fish mixture
Pour into a lightly buttered baking dish and bake at low heat for about an hour
Let it stand for 6 hours
Serve each portion with 1 tablespoon of catchup.
