Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°F)
Place the flour, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, egg, and butter or margarine in a blender
Blend until smooth
Gradually add the raw fish and blend
With a rubber spatula, scrape off the dough that stuck to the sides of the blender
Pour into an English muffin tin greased and bake for about 1/2 hour, or until the center is firm
Serve with mayonnaise sauce.
