Beat the cow's milk, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and fresh ricota in a blender
Then, gently mix in the raisins into the cream
Prepare a special mold for pudding by melting 1/2 cup of sugar in 1 American cup of water over low heat
When the caramelized sauce is ready, pour the ricotta cream into the mold
Place the dessert in a preheated oven set to warm water bath for approximately 50 minutes
Let it cool and flip.
