1 cup wheat flour, sifted
3/4 cup rum

In a bowl, beat the eggs
Gradually add the flour, beating until the mixture becomes thick and pale yellow in color
Add the wheat flour, mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained
Preheat the oven
Grease 6 molds and dust with all-purpose flour
Divide the mixture among the molds
Bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of rum over each pudding.
