500 g of squash into small pieces

Place the squash pieces in a microwave-safe bowl with the water and salt, cover it with a lid
Heat in the microwave on high for 10 minutes
When the squash is tender, remove from the oven and squeeze with a cheesecloth or a fine-mesh strainer
Set aside
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and milk and heat in the microwave on high for 1 minute
Add the squeezed squash to the milk and mix well with a wooden spoon or an electric mixer until you get a smooth and creamy consistency
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute only to warm it up.
