2 cups cooked black beans
500 g raw cassava flour

2 smoked linguiças, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until it's soft and translucent
Add the minced garlic and cook for two minutes
Add the sliced linguiça and fry until they're golden brown
Gradually add the cassava flour, stirring with a wooden spoon for three minutes
Season with salt, pepper, and black beans, mixing delicately
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with your favorite meats.
