Combine mozzarella, ham, salt, pepper, and onion. Reserve
Soak the bread slices in milk
In four bread slices, place a bit of the reserved mixture and fold with the other bread slices
Dip each sandwich in egg and breadcrumbs
Heat an oiled grill and cook the sandwiches on both sides.
