2 cups of water
3/4 cup of biscuit crumbs (150g)
1 small onion, cut into pieces (60g)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 egg, lightly beaten
Oil for brushing
6 hamburger buns
2 cups of water

Bring the biscuit crumbs and water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat for 2 minutes
Remove from heat and let it soak for 1 hour or overnight, if preferred
Drain the liquid
Mash the biscuits with onion in a processor or blender
In a bowl, mix well the paste with the remaining ingredients, except for the egg, oil, and buns
Add the egg and mix well again
Divide the dough into six parts and shape the burgers
Fry the burgers in an anti-stick skillet brushed with oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides
Assemble the sandwiches with the buns
Serve hot.
