In a food processor, combine all the ingredients to form a paste
Divide the mixture into four portions
On a lightly floured surface brushed with oil, shape each portion into a hamburger patty using a cookie cutter with an 8cm diameter
Preheat a grill over high heat
Brush with oil and reduce heat to medium
Fry two hamburgers at a time until golden brown (approximately 2 minutes per side)
Place on a platter and serve immediately
