Sauté the onion in olive oil and butter until it starts to brown
Add the crab with past seasonings processed by the liquidizer
Cook until slightly dried and tender
Stuff the crab cakes and dust with wheat flour
Put in the oven to warm up
Make 15 crab cakes.
