In a blender, blend the rice, eggs, flour, milk, salt, yeast, and grated cheese until smooth

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish

Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 200oC for 25 minutes

Once the dough is still warm, roll it out on a floured surface and shape into a log
Let it cool completely before slicing and serving

Unroll the log, fill with sliced mozzarella and ham, and re-roll
Slice and serve hot or cold.
