Grind the walnuts and raisins in a food processor, removing any skins
Beat the egg yolks with the butter, then add the whites one at a time, followed by the ground walnuts and raisins
Place the mixture in a baking dish and bake until done
Cut into squares and top with the following:
Mix well and add some lemon juice
Pass through flour.
