In a large pot, combine the cinnamon sticks, orange and lemon zest, mint sprigs, cinnamon stick, and ginger
When most of the cinnamon has melted, add the rum and water
Let everything simmer for 20 minutes over low heat

Strain the liquid, return it to the pot, add the mango, and let it start boiling
Keep the beverage covered and hot when serving.
