3 1/2 cups of water
3 cups (chai) of Celestial chai
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of rum
4 lime wedges

Boil the water, add the chai and follow the package instructions for steeping time
Strain, then add sugar and rum
To serve, squeeze a lime slice around the rim of the cup, flip it over, and dip into the sugar, then pour in the chai
Serve the chai with a lime wedge on the side.
