2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup rum
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup orange liqueur
2 or 3 tablespoons sugar

Combine the bananas, water, rum, orange juice, orange liqueur, and sugar in a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and chill in the freezer
To serve, blend the frozen mixture again until creamy
Serve in chilled cocktail glasses and garnish with holly sprigs if desired.
