1/2 pound of smoked pork loin
1 cup of raw quirera
1 1/2 liters of water
1 mashed clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped green cilantro
to taste salt and black pepper

Wash the pork and cook it in a pot with the quirera and water for approximately 45 minutes
Mix the mashed garlic with olive oil and add 2 cups of quirera
Refry well
Add the remaining quirera, parsley, cilantro, and season to taste
Serves 4 to 6 people
Suggestions: if you want to vary, use salted pork (1/2 pound) or fresh pork ribs (1 kg).
