2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
500g of beef cut into strips
250g of peas in pieces
3 scoops of bean broth (moyashi)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
1/3 cup of water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Black pepper to taste
For garnish
1 bell pepper, cut into slices

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over high heat
Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds
Add the beef and cook for five minutes or until lightly browned
Add the peas and bean broth and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until tender
Add the soy sauce mixed with water and cornstarch, stir well, and season with black pepper
Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly
Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and garnish with bell pepper.
