3 tomatoes, peeled and seeded

Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil
Add the ground beef and let it cook well
Season with salt and pepper and add cooked rice
Separately, fry the slices of smoked bacon until crispy
Mince and add to the mixture of rice and beef
Cook the cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 5 minutes
Drain and rinse
Place a portion of the rice and beef mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll it up
Place in a refractory form greased
Fry the onion in the bacon fat left over from frying the bacon
Pour over the rolls
Peel the tomatoes (preferably small) and arrange them over the rolls
Bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes
Serve with rice.
