2 sprigs of rosemary
1 sprig of thyme

In a pressure cooker, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the minced beef and cook until it browns
Add the water and beef stock
Cook for 20 minutes (starting from when the cooker starts to clear)
Remove from heat and release the pressure
Open the cooker and add the onion, rosemary, and thyme
Cook with the cooker still open for another 10 minutes or until the meat is tender
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with white rice or cassava puree
