All ingredients are cut into small pieces
As seen in the photo on page 95, the veal was partitioned into small pieces and placed in a bowl on the table
Around it, starting from the left side of the bowl with the meat, place the small bowls containing the ingredients, in the order of the recipe photo
Each guest will make their own mixture, a sort of sauce, in the empty bowl that received
Securely, using toothpicks, the pieces of meat and vegetables, previously scalded in the hot water of the caldinho
The guest dips each piece of food into the bowl of sauce they prepared for themselves
After all guests have savored the meat and vegetables with the sauce, and when the meat is finished, any remaining vegetables are poured into the boiling water of the caldinho, with a little bit of glass noodles, the rest of the eggs, and well-washed petal-like pieces from a chrysanthemum
You and your guests will then savor the most delicious soup that can be imagined
In Chinese homes, the soup is always served at the end, as it is believed that the soup, after the main course, clarifies the spirit
The advantage of 'Fiery Caldinho' is that it constitutes a complete meal
It is accompanied by little pawns that are dipped in the spicy sauce, along with the pieces, together with the meat.
